How do I book a pitch?
Browse venues, pick a date and an available time slot, choose your payment option, and confirm. You’ll get a booking ticket once payment is received and verified.
Do I pay the full amount or a deposit?
It depends on the venue. Some accept a deposit to hold your slot with the balance due at the venue; others require full payment. Your options are shown at checkout.
How long is my slot held while I pay?
Your slot is reserved for a short payment window set by the venue. If payment isn’t completed in time, the slot is released automatically so others can book it.
Why is my booking "awaiting verification"?
For transfer payments, the venue owner reviews your payment before confirming. Once verified, your booking becomes confirmed. If it isn’t verified within the window, it expires and any amount paid is refunded.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the venue’s policy and how far in advance you cancel. See our Refund Policy for details.
How do I list my venue?
Create an owner account, complete verification, add your fields with schedules and pricing, and set up a payout account. Once approved you can start accepting bookings.
