1. Deposits & full payments

Depending on the venue, you may pay a deposit to reserve a slot or the full amount upfront. Deposits hold your booking and are credited toward the total. Whether a deposit is refundable depends on the owner’s cancellation policy below.

2. Customer cancellations

If you cancel within the owner’s free-cancellation window (shown at checkout), you are eligible for a refund according to that policy. Cancellations after the cutoff may be partially refundable or non-refundable, as set by the venue.

3. Owner cancellations

If a venue owner cancels a confirmed booking, you are entitled to a refund of amounts paid for that booking, subject to the owner’s configured refund percentage and applicable law.

4. Unpaid & unverified bookings

Bookings that are not paid within the payment hold window expire automatically and the slot is released — no charge applies. Where a payment is submitted but not verified by the owner within the verification window, the booking expires and any captured amount is refunded.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or to your in-app wallet where applicable. Processing times vary by payment provider and typically take [X business days] to appear.
