These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KwinChain platform operated by [Company legal name] ("KwinChain", "we", "us"). By creating an account, booking a pitch, or listing a venue, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using KwinChain you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to use KwinChain. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Bookings & payments
Pitch availability, prices, deposits, and payment terms are set by the venue owner. When you book, you agree to pay the amount shown at checkout β either a deposit or the full amount. A booking is only confirmed once the required payment is received and, where applicable, verified by the owner. Slots are held for a limited time while payment is completed and are released automatically if payment is not made in time.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation eligibility and any refund depend on the venue ownerβs cancellation window and policy, shown at the time of booking. See our Refund Policy for details on how and when refunds are issued.
5. Venue owner responsibilities
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, schedules, pricing, and for honouring confirmed bookings. Owners must comply with applicable laws, verify payments fairly and promptly, and provide the facilities as described. KwinChain is a booking platform and is not the provider of the venues.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including: submitting false information or fraudulent payment proof, attempting to circumvent fees, interfering with the service, infringing the rights of others, or using KwinChain for any unlawful purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KwinChain is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, disputes between players and venue owners, or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
